/mge/ - Monster Girl Encyclopedia thread #20 Anonymous 07/23/2025 (Wed) 15:56:12 No. 33246
>>33891 Anon, they are all 100% monsters. The point of monsterization is the complete and utter change from human to monster. Go read Fallen Maidens and you'll see what i mean. Some of you completely ignore canon.
>>33892 But we're talking about something more philosophical here. Ever heard of the Ship of Theseus? At what point does a person stop being a human? Is it really just as simple as "just get turned into a monster and you lose all your humanity"? Humanity isn't just about the current body and mind. It's a lifestyle that spans across time.
>>33890 >use proper grammatical construction and writing flow since I paid attention in school >"reddit spacing" Iz dis wae of riting eezier 4 u, u colossal retard
>>33893 >But we're talking about something more philosophical here Not really, no. It's just you trying to ignore canon to make a bigger deal of it than it actually is
>>33830 Once they understand that they can't kill mamonos, they will kill us and take humanity hostage. >Dear demon, give me all this ressources or I slaughter all this men
>>33858 And what if one of them rape you?
>>33896 >giving undead factions free hubbies and zombies nice
>>33893 >At what point At the point they turn into a monster(duh) >Is it really just as simple Yes. >>33894 Anon, it's the unnecessary space you put after each paragraph. It interrupts the reading flow.
>>33898 Can you raise a hubby from ash? We already incinerate body and mix them with the ash of everyone else so... Anyway, even if it leads to a massive war, portal needs to open for everyone.
>>33890 >>33896 I also think a lot of people are forgetting that mamono magic is often just high tier reality warping. We lose, militarily speaking. Hostage situation? "Go ahead. We'll just bring them back to life after"
>>33899 NTA but I will still not take a monsterized women or even one who have monsterized ancestry for 4 generations.
>>33900 I genuinely think if the portals actually opened it'll last a few months at best before Earth military loses
>>33895 I'm not ignoring canon though? Just asking what people's thoughts are. I see you're more into duck typing then. >>33888 Well I'm sure you'd make a good partner for a Cupid. I'm still going with the Demon faction at best. Sure I'd like for them to dedicate their efforts in monsterizing our ignorant world, but if that's more trouble than worth, I'd rather them just get the more willing ones first, then they can plan to take over this world in the distant future. Monsters live long lives after all. >>33899 Well if that's how you would prefer, then that's fine by me. I'd still take one that was born a monster. >>33896 >>33898 Honestly, pretty realistic scenario, but imagine the looks of these terrorist groups who are strictly anti monster realize that they're actually giving their opposition free husbands. Serves those people right.
>>33902 You'll never notice the difference. Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things.
>>33902 I don't get you, anon. A mamono is a mamono regardless of origin. They work the same. Unless you're angling for a high elf wife, with the whole prestigious bloodline thing
(843.55 KB 1218x1648 1732832069075669.png)
>>33901 Provoking the one with hostage would lead to gruesome but non lethal suffering for said hostages. This is not a good start for koturday.
>>33879 Its a gnome so she's a cobbler small hammer for shoes
>>33905 >>33906 >with the whole prestigious bloodline thing I guess there's the answer then? It hits different man.
>>33886 And by forcing it you destroy the soul of humanity
>>33907 Mamono have ways of infiltrating and calming down the situation.
>>33908 Cobble up deez nutz lmao.
>>33905 It matters too me. >>33906 I'm petty and I don't forget.
>>33913 Hope Eros can fix the hatred in your heart.
>>33911 Hope so but if needed I'm ok with dying for total portal opening
(21.77 KB 400x400 1674243076679071.jpg)
>>33910 >soul of humanity lol lmao even
>>33914 They're nothing to fix, my wants won't hurt anyone and I can just wait.
>Almost at post limit already. Man this thread has gone by fast.
>>33900 yes, men can become ghosts too, and get with undead that way.
>>33897 Well I sure hope not. When the portals open I'm running straight into it and slam right into a Lim's bosom.
>>33920 I want a Lilim, but I also want an Ochimusha, but I also like Dhampirs and Salamanders ... choice paralysis A hybrid would mean I at least get 2 in one
>>33895 Whenever we have this conversation I always get the impression that more than being about whether or not monsterized human women are "real" monsters, people who wouldn't take one are interested in forgiveness. Becoming a monster will make a lass stop being awful, but that doesn't make past deeds go away and, being where we are, the assumption sometimes seems to be that everyone without a penis is or has been trash in a way that shouldn't be excused just because they're reawwy sowwy now. It's related to the ideas above that normalfags don't deserve happiness. I think the stance makes sense to a point. Monsters forgive, but I am not a monster, after all. I just take issue with applying the sentiment to literally every human woman, regardless of how reasonable or upstanding they might have been.
>>33873 True. To be honest, it's surprising how the main reason that most mamono join the army is pretty much to just get a husband, and not to protect themselves from getting genocided/revert back to evil monsters. Though I guess being incredibly strong and almost invincible makes them not worry about it.
>>33922 > but that doesn't make past deeds go away I really hate how some of you talk about women like they are warcriminals, when the only crime being mentioned here is being a woman. Don't expect monsters to agree with that stance, or even care about your forced purity testing.
(567.14 KB 1003x1416 1709668276645902.png)
>>33922 The conversation is only ever pushed by shitposters and the like trying to moralize monsterisation. "But she was bad in the past!" doesnt make sense when muh ancient evil is such a popular talking point. Cant have it both ways.
>>33922 >whether or not monsterized human women are "real" monsters Which is fucking retarded and proves that some anons only claim to follow the setting. The core aspect of MGE is human women getting "corrupted" into mamono and is one of the things that distinguish it from other settings. If you are so repulsed by monsterized women then they won't force themselves on you because that's just not how it fucking works, they want a happy soulmate to spend eternity with. Same shit with the blackpill stupidity. Mamono don't give a shit about your hatred for normalfags, everyone gets a happy end, except maybe for the most irredeemable evil scum.
>>33924 >>33925 If you don't mind taking a monsterized one, take it. Where's the problem?
>>33927 >Where's the problem? You making a scene about them because this isnt anything to discuss in the first place. FYI, almost all of the named characters in MGE (and a lot of the unnamed one-offs) are monsterised humans. And by definition, all incubi are "former" humans. Deal with that cognitive dissonance on your own
>>33929 >You making a scene about them because this isnt anything to discuss in the first place. I agree, we shouldn't have this discussion, it's retarded. I know and I don't care, I have my preferences and don't want a former human. it would be better for both anyway. It's a total non issue and I still don't understand where is the problem or why are we speaking about that instead of mamonos.
>>33930 >I know and I don't care If that's true, why do you feel the need to write entire walls of text about it unprompted? Why are you still dragging this "discussion" out? See what I mean about shitposters now?
>>33931 I wasn't the original poster. I just answered when I thought it was ok. We can move on if you want now.
>>33923 It also helps that current monsters are pacifists. Hypothetically, assume we have a hero who could topple the the current DL by strength alone. The moment he'd see an actual monster is the moment he realizes his quest was faulty, because there's just no reason to attack innocent and diplomatic people who are aiming for world peace. The hero would have to be one heck of a sick bastard to continue, and if such a "hero" were to exist, there's no chance he'd be siding with the Order and take the quest in the first place. He'd have no allies, and chances are both the monsters and the Order would help each other to get rid of a common threat. Basically, there's just no reason for an Order aligned individual to continue fighting the monsters in this age because it directly contradicts their ideology. They're doomed to fail. >>33926 >except maybe for the most irredeemable evil scum This is contrary to what you said. Then at what point is someone irredeemable then? I'm team private portals myself, and that's still my preference. I like isekai scenarios more and I suspect other people may feel the same for many other reasons than just "fuck this world". While I joke about hating h*man women, I can understand there can be exceptions to this of course. >>33929 No one is trying to make a scene of anything? Let people have their non ex human monsters, and you can have your ex human monsters. We're just talking about people's preferences. It doesn't have to make sense.
>>33924 I intentionally didn't mention any inexcusable things because I was speaking in generalities on an opinion i don't necessarily agree with. Some people do act like just being a human woman is enough to be irredeemable and I don't have access to my armchair or bathrobe so I won't try to unpack that, but think about it. In the extreme case is there really nothing a person might do that would make you want to avoid associating with them no matter what? Even if they changed their ways after? A monster probably wouldn't do that thing, but there's no such safety net with humans. The setting will stop you personally from hooking up with that person, but wanting perceived justice for them anyway is also pretty human.
>>33935 This is why I keep pushing to put Ushi blood in the local water supply. Also in my bed. In the form of Miss Ushi.
>>33935 >there's just no reason for an Order aligned individual to continue fighting the monsters in this age because it directly contradicts their ideology. It doesn't. Their ideology is doing whatever the chief goddess tells them to do, and the chief goddess hates monsters, which is why lescatie was how it was. You should, like, read the source material, or something. >This is contrary to what you said. Then at what point is someone irredeemable then? NTA, but it's described exactly as said. MOnsters will avoid anyone irredimable, meaning, anyone who wouldn't change no matter what. And about portals, there is no preference. Don't go around foolong yourself and telling other people that monsters would open portals for a select few when their overarching view has always been to convert all of humanity.Again, you should, like, read the source material, or something. >ex-human monsters Wait until anon finds out his wife was a male monster that killed and ate an entire village.
>>33935 >Then at what point is someone irredeemable then? Fuck if I know, it's probably up to the one prison warden Lim that's said to be in charge of the prison/rehabilitation center for those worst ones. Or whatever judicial system mamono would implement. The point is that they wouldn't look at this world and go >wow those people suck, we'll just grab mr. blackpill anon and head back it goes against general complete. global. monsterization theme of MGE
>>33907 Just threatening a malef's mate results in her turning the whole kingdom the dude comes from into a demon realm. They not only have some solid high B-tier magic bullshit but many of them enough mischief and malice in their system to offer a more than proportionate response for unnecessarily causing suffering. The lower echelons will get love bombed and the higher will get their bloodlines snuffed by the spiteful men who don't have a lover yet. >>33916 Yes, the soul. The indeterminate thing of mankind that drove us to the most beautiful peaks of both nature and civilization. The thing that strove to create the best possible life for as many people as possible for the sheer fact that its the right thing to do. I highly doubt the woman who rewrote all of reality and personally convinced the most powerful, self-determined, and arrogant things in her world to her side purely out of her love of humanity would much approve of her daughter crushing what pride and dignity some men have out of the idea that the ends justify the means. >>33912 GAHT EEEEM
>>33940 >Wait until anon finds out his wife was a male monster that killed and ate an entire village How long ago did Lilith ascend to power? Because even if its just a hundred years that's still long enough that most monsters who would plague towns have died of natural causes while their children were born with succubus mana that would steer them away from that.
>>33943 A lot of monsters are long lived, and there is always undead, who are also former humans by the way. You probably don't like them for that reason.
>>33942 >The thing that strove to create the best possible life for as many people as possible for the sheer fact that its the right thing to do That's exactly what Druella did and is still doing. In fact, trying to argue she's bad for doing so and her mom should stop her because of your pride and dignity or some shit just paints you as a vile narcissist who'd rather people languish in a corrupt poverty-striken theocratic shithole like Lescatie used to be because you think it' sonly right.
>>33943 That's assuming that every monster's lifespan is equivalent to a human. An orc or goblin horde? Sure, but I doubt a demon or dragon will die in a century.
