Opinions on SFW monster girl games?
I've played a few to completion, and I must say I actually enjoy them. It's a nice break from the usual boner inducing games for those who don't don't feel like fapping, enjoy cuteness, want something more gameplay focused or really just like seeing monster girls acting cool or otherworldly. I also took the opportunity to finally buy Monmusu Gladiator during this latest steam sale which has been on my radar for a while now.
I came across a couple other games the past few weeks, they all have demos if you want to try them out yourself.

Kind of a VN where (You) make a pact with an evil Witch, get yourself a magical mushroom daughteru, choose what to use to grow her and how to grow her, then swap to playing as her once she grows mature enough. Your choices will influence her stats, appearance and special traits. Unfortunately, mushrooms are short-lived, so you'll have to choose how to make best of use your short time on Earth. You will meet other people, face random events and how you deal with them will depend on both dice rolls and your stats, plus you must ultimately choose her life goal before she disappears from this world. Story feels very whimsical, fairy-tale like, and each full run took me around 40 minutes in the demo. Honestly felt a bit repetitive, and could use some more variety in events, but hopefully those things were improved in the full release.

Another mushroom girl novel, depressed NEET who wants to change his life around orders a box of edible mushrooms to grow and eat hoping that having to take care of another living being is the miracle inspiration he needs. Turns out he forgot to read the fine print about the mushroom turning into an enthusiastic girl who will do whatever he desires and wants to be eaten. Again with a theme about mushrooms being short lived, get yourself a cheery friend, a girlfriend and/or a lovely healthy meal at the end of it,
or play your cards so wrong you infect her with your bad vibes! Again a very short game, this one is more comedic and light-hearted in nature, didn't take me that long to get all the endings available in the demo. Hasn't been released yet.

Haven't tried this one out yet, so can't really say much about it. It advertises itself as a roguelite dragon girl raising game, with how you raise her and what you feed affecting how she will turn out when she grows up. Just entered into early access with no release date in sight. I love the art on this one, main girl looks extremely huggable.
